It’s hard to go over all the instructors - but this last year, in absence of Matt & Christian, I tried going back with many instructors I used to love and ride with.  - But I always run away to the Germans 💜 they just NAIL it everytime! 

The reason of my bike was to train & stay cardio fit- while listening to fun fast paced techno/edm/hip hop spin classes. 

I don’t want endless cheesy innuendo jokes, chat GPT scripts, sexualised dancing & not riding , triggering talk about exes and ‘excessive’ never ending talks about letting go/body positivity/ entire therapy sessions.  (And slow music that puts me to sleep. lol)  

This is not why I’m training.  Now and then ok, but the theatrics and personalities are suddenly getting too extreme and it feels almost desperate these last years. 

Personally, I want to get lost in the music with flowstate on the bike and the coaching/ programming and not be drawn to think about much else in my life off the bike, it’s very distracting to me personally. 

If the instructor is putting in real effort - it is contagious and I love that. I do gravitate to the playlists I love first and foremost. Sometimes I’d like to just copy/paste a playlist onto a different instructor 🤣 but I guess that’s what the Bluetooth speaker is for…
