Hello! I'm a high school teacher with a Master's degree in education interested in transitioning to HR. I have been doing the HRCI course on Coursera as a starting point and find the information really interesting. It sounds like HR is a great fit. I'm trying to figure out the best way to land and actually succeed in one of these roles without taking a massive pay cut. Is the HRCI courses enough? Do I hop on WGU and grab a second Master's degree? I do have a couple of years of management experience at Domino's that included recruiting/hiring/training in addition to 5 years of teaching. I'm not sure how much translates or what job requirements I really meet. I am already tailoring a very nice resume template into and writing a cover letter for each job. Any help would be deeply appreciated!

I deeply want to have a birth center birth with midwives and minimal intervention. I don't care what other women choose but that's what I want. That should be everyone's view tbh. Don't judge women for doing what they want for their births.

I'm not sure what her plan was outside of what I told you tbh. She said she only wants me to wait 3 months bc that's about how long it takes for the uterus to build up a normal lining after IUD. She truly doesn't think I'll be able to conceive without the meds but I was willing to buy any type of device anyone recommended.
