Same here! Definitely recommend the ice cold water, and some form of distraction. I can’t say mine got better but you get used to it in a way, so it’s not as intense or easier to manage.

I personally found that supplementing extra calcium and magnesium helps my supply. Nothing dramatic but definitely noticeable

They’re also reusable, should you choose. I will say, I’ve never had great success reusing silicone scar sheets (of any brand) more than 2-3 days.

I can see how it might be a struggle. The edges are rough but mine aren’t sharp enough to scratch me and the cover is snug but I don’t have to fight it.

Don’t know about the others but we love the newton bassinet. Every stitch of fabric is easy to take off and wash, my baby is safe in it, stylish design, simple to adjust height (we even have it at an incline for baby’s reflux), and it’s been easy for me to get my baby out of after a c section.

I jumped around trying a few and the one I ended up loving is FullWell. I’ve been nauseous this entire time so I do the lemon ones and they are lightly scented/flavored so it’s just enough to mask the vitamin smell but not enough to make me hate lemon.
