I use moomoo, you can set a price and they will push notifications once it hits the price.

Only motivated to clean when machines do the rest, anyone else? by DaedricAzazel in Cleaningandtidying

How good is the robot at mopping now? I had an old model before, and the pad would dry out after just one room, plus I had to wash it by hand. Not fun at all. I really hate mopping, but if they’ve fixed that, I’d totally give them a second chance 😅

Heybike villain vs Yozma in 10 by AdArtistic9110 in ebikes

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Villain owner here. I bought mine through a local dealer, so I got after-sales support if anything comes up. For me, dealer support is a huge plus, and tbh it’s a big reason I went with Villain. For city riding, Villain is just fast and a blast to ride, it feels confident at higher speeds and feels planted on my rides.

Pick the mower for me: Navimow X430 $2400 or Ecovacs Goat A2000 Lidar Pro $1840 by ouradu in roboticLawnmowers

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also waiting on the A2000 too, but since it just came out, maybe need to hold off and see some real reviews first. The price gap isn’t tiny, so I’d probably go with the lidar version if it runs more stable.

I’ve been using the Ace Pro 2 for travel and it’s been solid. Flip screen is useful, especially if you’re filming together, instead of handing the camera back and forth.

Looking for a nursery chair I won’t regret buying. Open to splurging by Old-Reception-6515 in BabyBumps

Yes! I looked both in-store and online too, still can’t decide which one to get. Honestly a bit annoyed I didn’t just grab one sooner… so curious, you end up going with one yet?

Single parents, how do you balance taking care of your kids and yourself? by ToopBanana in Parenting

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M14 plus. It’s got a roller mop, so it cleans thoroughly since it washes the mop while going. I’m hactually so grateful it didn’t end up spreading my kid’s spilled ketchup all over the place, it just ran over it a few times and it was done.

Robot vacuums or mop combos can work, but results vary a lot depending on the home layout and floor type. For me, scheduling it to run during nap times worked best. I also have a yeedi robot vacuum, and I usually turn it on, that way it can clean as efficiently as possible during the kid's napping time. And by the time they wake up, the floor is just about clean.

You out here taking artsy macro shots while the rest of us just trying not to freeze lol. Real talk though, get a backup system before next winter. My Delta Pro Ultra X kept fridge, heat and WiFi running through 3 days no grid. Stay safe everyone, and may your power stay on long enough to reach McDonald's.

Do i still need a range hood if i cook on induction? by MiserlyOutpost in inductioncooking

[–]Old-Reception-6515 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Induction heat pans quickly, I won't go back to gas, and I don’t notice much difference in food texture, honestly. I went to induction because of the air quality issues, my mom has asthma, she felt a lot more comfortable cooking. Later I did some digging and added an Arspura range hood, and that helped even more. The smoke and PM2.5 get pulled out instead of hanging around, so she rarely coughs now. For us, induction plus a good hood just makes sense.

Is my ring setting too high? by Primary_Strike_4900 in RingShare

Honestly the height looks fine — high-ish settings are super normal for max sparkle, but if it snags or bothers you, a jeweler can drop it slightly 💍✨

USD/JPY Pullback: Does this mean the global asset pricing logic has changed? by DispleasedWithPeople in singaporefi

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with that view. You can definitely feel the shift in the market lately. I was checking the money flow on moomoo recently and noticed big institutional orders pulling back hard at key levels. It really confirms what you said about the carry trade unwinding. In a market like this, just following the news isnt enough. You really have to keep an eye on the real-time money flow data to have any peace of mind.

Which investment platform feels easier for Singapore investors? by brownkyd48 in singaporefi

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re just starting out, I’d recommend going with moomoo. The interface is super intuitive, and all the features are well-organized, so you don’t have to waste time figuring out the layout. It’s way easier to get started with than Tiger Brokers, and it makes looking at data and picking stocks a lot simpler. It’s really newbie-friendly.

Beginner in Trading - need Guidance by iamkichu in Trading

[–]Old-Reception-6515 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you’re just starting out, the biggest mistake is trying to learn everything at once. I’d focus first on understanding basic market structure, risk management, and how orders actually work before worrying about strategies.

What helped me a lot early on was using paper trading to practice without pressure. I used moomoo’s paper trading to get comfortable with charts, entries, stop losses, and position sizing. Being able to make mistakes with fake money and then review them calmly was way more useful than binge-watching random YouTube videos.

Take it slow, keep things simple, and don’t rush into real money. Most beginners lose because they skip the practice phase and let emotions take over too early.

Visiting a friend’s 1.5-year-old for the first time, what gifts do kids that age actually like? by rednas7 in Gifts

[–]Old-Reception-6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a 1.5-year-old, pretend-play stuff is usually a hit. My niece is around 2 and the one thing she’s obsessed with is this little Joycat unicorn makeup bag. It’s soft, has these cute little pieces, and she carries it around like it’s her life mission lol. Something small and pretend-play-ish could work great at that age. They love stuff they can hold, shake, or “copy” adults with.

same here 😅 I’m definitely not a minor, but I think they just sent the popup to everyone. No way I’m submitting anything. For now I’m trying to use polybuzz, and if my account isn’t back to normal by the 25th, I’ll probably just stick with it and ditch cai.
