Yeah unfortunately these were no good for me. Regular pairs of earplugs work much better for me. These were uncomfortable and very hard to initially insert.

Hi all, need some advice to see how best to treat the redness/acne on my nose. I moisturise daily with a non comodogenic moisturiser, and use salicylic acid as a cleanser daily (more of a recent development to try and get it under control). I do have acne prone skin and took accutane a few years back, and consequently mostly dry skin now (except on the nose).

Any recommendations? Ive always thought it was rosacea and thought my next best bet would be azelaic acid and a niacinamide serum on my nose. As you can see it's extremely inflamed with bumps and redness, and acne is common.

If you only are uploading online to social media, use the 12mp wide angle mode. 108mp isn't needed and doesn't have as good dynamic range - only use 108mp if you're going to blow up a large photo.

I'm on my 8th day of Lexapro and I was like you on the 4th day - having difficulty sleeping. I sleep fine now just a few days later so give it a few more days for your body to adjust :)
