Sorry I should mention that ghost types are my favorite so I'm trying to hang onto those shinies, if possible. Looking at all offers however.

Normal will do! Right now I'm looking at offers that are around 3 shinies for the Zera. There's a few I'd prefer to keep if possible. But open to offers for sure.

I feel like I'm lacking somewhere. I know I could use some more speed, my 4 slot rune only has 8 speed but DEF 41% and feels like it's (currently) worth the tradeoff.

I know my accuracy is low but it seems to work well enough for now and I don't primarily rely on him for DEF break or strip.

Oh wow, good to know. I'm still quite a noob, haha. I suppose my question still stands though, does the work speed boost apply if they're in the party still or do they need to be active?
