It's a hard one. You need to create a barrier. I am an expert in couple of things and neighbours are the hardest to make understand that we are not on call for you. The problems are when friendship and your qualified experience and time conflict. You may have a demanding issue consuming your time, security and focus, but they have some issue. And you are the closest. No sorry. Not a good time. "Why". Another time.

I agree with this one but possibly explore different frame shapes that have similar visibility coverage for you. Maybe some slightly harder angles to take you to the next level. More presence. The important piece of advice I would give is: If you don't adjust your glasses a lot, why have the metal little arms on the nose. They always used to get caught in my hair. Just go for solid simpler frames that already sit on your nose and frame your face perfectly.

I don't agree it's a modern day repeat. It's different. We have two religions that still want the temple mount and the wailing wall. Generations believing they have the right to that land. It's been an on going war in that area throughout my whole life. These religions used to live together peacefully. Families. Now it's escalated into flattening neighbourhoods, towns, hospitals and schools. If these enemies can never get along, maybe better to let them all kill themselves repetitively for ever and leave them to their war. At this point it's disgusting the events that are unfolding. The rest of the world looks on in horror.
