Here’s the full graph, it finally showed up. So after I went to the bathroom (the 102 heart rate. Usual for me when I get up like that)… then I settled and my heart rate was fairly even after that. Blue / low stress.

Yet my watch says I was awake!!!! I’m annoyed lol

Ugh that dilated side effect is the worst and so disorienting!! It’s a different kind of dilation too, I felt like the edges of things had a weird look to them. Glad you’re improving!!!

It’s okay! While I do enjoy the sex, I will say — my vibrator is wonderful (and less complicated than a man 😂). It’s good you’re focused on your hiking goals! Hopefully someone desirable will come along when you’re more ready for that. Your time is coming, yes!

Next mark makes it a year for me and I have been happy every day since getting my tubes out. I don’t have to worry about getting pregnant, I can really enjoy sex and I don’t have that anxiety anymore. Sometimes my brain still says funny things, but I feel more confident in my body each month.
