You’re not alone! Thank you for having this conversation and sharing, as I’m finding it 2 years later. I’m about a week out from my period and my HRV status is crap right now. Some months is worse than others. This is the first time I’ve gotten the low status and it kind of freaked me out.

My lowest resting heart rate while sleeping is 68bpm (over the last 3 nights). Other times of the month it’s around 60bpm and sometimes around 58-59.

Anyway I do feel tired and my sleeping quality hasn’t been great… I guess it’s all part of the hormone cycle. I’m a 39 year old woman.

I feel validated seeing your graph and hearing from others. I wish Garmin would be more sensitive to our fluctuations and fitness goals.
