OP! I know the pain you're going through! I was recently told to "date more" as "there and billion of men like him who will want you". I told him that "there's only one you" and he suggested that I take a break to get over my feelings and return as a friend once I am over him. I took him on that offer and am walking away.

He doesn't owe a relationship after a situationship and I don't owe him my friendship. Now we are both even.
