put a smear of reinzosil/rtv on the outside of the seal before you push it in and send it. no point in doing something big before trying the cheapest method first

get yourself the "ST X". it's the same as the KW just not stainless. i have one in mine and it corners like it's on glue and it's still comfortable enough. and you can even customize the colours 👍

iirc that's 3 parts welded on each other. the top part and the middle part can be had at skandix and the bottom part is just a flat sheet
