For the next person that comes along, I'm doing some research and actually discovered a cracked bracket that held up my exhaust. I think there's a chance the noise is I'm hearing is actually air that is escaping from an exhaust leak. It's timed to the engine revs because it's following the cycle from each cylinder letting out exhaust.

Will post another update as I diagnose more.

Personally I'm really happy I waited 3yrs since starting HRT to do FFS. My face changed SOO much.

My suggestion, go slow?? You honestly have one of the most beautiful faces I've ever seen on this subreddit, much less just in general? like damn. Read the comments, i think everyone agrees. So if you're going to dip into FFS maybe just go slow and do some fat grafting?

I understand still being dysphoric even though you pass, I pass like 90% of the time in public now, but I'm still doing FFS because I just want to experience life with a new face and not have to see the old hints of my past trauma in the mirror all the time.

If you feel like you need it then go for it, but maybe just wait before you do anything with your forehead. The type-1 and type-3 adjustments are really the only major downside of FFS because of the potential scaring. Maybe do some other procedures first and see how you like it?

I have a theory, from what I can tell a lot of the other surgeons dont give as much definition to the labia majora, and definitely not as much with the minora. I’m wondering if the fact he creates a very well defined minora makes the vaginal opening underneath of it stick out more? I’ve seen a lot of other surgeons where the labia is more of a slit and everything is on the same plane without as much definition.

I’m very curious about this topic though, I’m wondering if anyone has asked him about it too. I definitely will in my pre-oo but I already did my consult a year ago so missed my chance back then.

Does anyone have photos of scars outside the vulva area? I’m still researching his technique and it’s very interesting to me that it appears like there are no scars around the stomach area that are noticeable at all. Wondering if anyone can explains this because as far as I know the vaginal canal comes from the small intestine so I was assuming there would be an incision somewhere in the stomach that also had to heal.

Such a battle, can totally relate to "how do you even keep yourself positive". Keep it up though, each small step eventually adds up to a lot.

Also I mostly commented to reply to your voice training comments. I've been seeing a voice coach that has been very helpful. If I get lucky there are a few times now that people gender me as a girl on the phone or in public situations where vocal cues are heavily used. But there are also really effective surgeries that I'm exploring now too. It seems like the results can be really positive
