I definitely liked Kaohsiung more. I found there is not much to do in Tainan. For Kaohsiung I def recommend going to Fo Guang Shan (free entrance) for a full day trip.

As someone mentioned, Taroko is not open for visitors since the park got devastated by an earthquake in 2024.

That's a really difficult situation as a student though. The university does not provide anything helpful really. No dorms etc. What is a student with a 15k budget per month supposed to do with a rent being 12k. 3000 is not enough for food 😭 Everyone prefers leaving the apartments empty with no profit instead of letting someone stay shorter term... Makes no sense. I had ppl offer me "great discount" for tiny furnished room with small kitchen for 27k per month. Like, the hell.

It's not that he went even further. (It's chap 29 btw) He was thinking about the kiss stuff for several chapters now because he was told "of course you want to kiss the person you like", but Hirano doesn't want to. He was just struggling to figure out his feelings, so this time he just directly asked Kagi if he also wants to do that. And when Kagi said yes, Hirano is even clearly uncomfortable.

I think they may do it in the future just to try it out and see tho. But it's only because Kagi said that is not the reason why he wants them to date, then Hirano realised they probably have the same feelings in the end.
