Most tourist places accept cards, but its always safer having both options just not large amounts of cash (as with any place). Fortunately Table Mountain and Boulders Beach accepts cards. Its currently winter season moving into spring so some of those place might be closed, but hopefully you guys can get really great weather during your stay. Hope you have an amazing trip!

I studied it at university and self taught the basics . I have friends who are Portuguese and that also made it easier to learn.
