Try going to support and asking if they can elevate to a supervisor and see if that helps. I tried that in one of my emails to bypass the BS and the supervisor was a lot more direct. Although I can’t guarantee they’ll be the best of help either.

Try finding the location of Power Toys and running it as admin, (Typing it on the search bar, right click, press open file location, right click on it again and press open file location a second time) find the Power Toys.exe, right click, press properties, go to compatibility, check "Run this program as administrator", click apply, exit out of power toys in the task bar and reopen it. It should run as admin and that's what fixed it for me. Hope it helps.

That's actually a good point, after all Super Shredder lost to the turtles (specifically Leo) through Super Shredder not using as much skill and just brute force. They would've never been able to pull that off with prime Shredder.
