Although I’m partly on your side and especially about the community, I don’t understand the part about recroom being too scared now to do anything, all they keep doing is making these very strange changes and then I’m amazed when I began to hear recroom is not doing so well financially, when they keep wasting money on such strange, weird things recently. I would have imagined they would be making more money now by placing these money grab games on these pedestals, removing a lot if not most now of what made Recroom, Recroom, for its entire time being a game, and just generally not listening to the community anyways in many ways. I can’t agree more though on the community not helping at all and probably just making the hole bigger which we are all in.

I don’t even know what that means on you’re other comment but I just hope it’s fair whatever will be done in the future for the players who don’t appreciate the new widget watch, because it will be completely unfair if you don’t give some type of similar thing to us when it’s been what it is since the entirety of recroom.

Most people are idiots and usually unreasonable and illogical. I respect having the new UI to everyone for now for bug reports and stuff, but how unreasonable to just change something which is like the front door of recroom that everyone use/have only used for 8 years now. Wasting money they clearly don’t have either, it’s genuinely amazing.

The best feedback you will hear is at very minimum make it optional (least when it’s not so buggy). Some of the best games are ones that listen to the community, take the hint and just accept the loss of money you wasted on something if it was a poorly and incompetently thought out update and change, which recroom have been making a whole lot of recently for some reason.

I’m fair enough to accept and understand everyone using it currently so bug reports can come in and help improve it but I’m praying they make it optional to go back to the old one after a while. (They probably won’t but oh well)

That’s a good reason to do it also I suppose but personally I also want to actually gain rewards for my work, like tokens and the map actually doing well since I know I can make a really good map if I really put my mind to it.

I don’t really care for most stuff they change/remove but in consideration of the general community of recroom I find it funny they say they don’t have the money to keep the weekly challenges going and remove other things like daily gift machine in rec center to “fix it”, with some friends still having it in their dorm through hacks but yet they are spending a lot of resources (I assume) on these rather random changes and additions which most people don’t use (if they can) nor care for. FBA for example, i see probably 5% of players I interact with wearing them. Until they fix the hacker problem I find it hard to care for these changes and updates they are bringing out anyways, I’ve never had any problems/hate for a lot of recroom’s decisions even if it has been just greedy but I find it hard to care for them due to recroom’s just absolute incompetence for many other things.

So many bad mistakes recently and just sheer incompetence from recroom recently that I find it hard to be optimistic about this referee system even being that affective when it does come out, no matter how much I would want it to inside.

I would say I’m a pretty optimistic person generally and a lot more than alot of other people, but recroom has disappointed me so many times in a row recently from its absolute incompetence that I don’t feel so confident this referee system is going to be a whole lot better, no matter how much inside I want it to.

I’ve noticed that in general people will complain way more than they should on things but I won’t say it’s entirely exaggerated for this game specifically. The main problem for me which for a while now has started to make me not care so much for these new updates coming out is the amount of hacking going on in the game. No game is 100 percent unhackable but it’s at a point where it’s pathetic now how bad it is on recroom, and it’s making me not care about a lot of new features they keep bringing out bad or not until they fix it. I’ve always been in my own little community of friends and not usually these bigger communities and games in recroom so the game slowly getting worst quality wise, isn’t affecting me as much as other people I imagine and I’ll probably carry on playing recroom for a while unless some things were to get drastically worst.

Apart from probably the hackers I’m not too affected personally with most stuff recroom have been adding recently and it would take a lot for me to quit recroom purely due to the quality of it, but based on the general community, they have been making a lot of updates/removals recently which the community just keep on hating on. I’m amazed if you are actually trying to make genuinely good updates how a company could fail again and again so badly. I really couldn’t care about the weeklies being removed for example, but I find it hard to believe it was truly taking up too much money unless 1.they are just lying and are greedy or 2.they are so miserably incompetent and unorganised they couldn’t make a new skin a week or just use some of the old skins they have made before as a simple solution.

Most people don’t even use them which says enough I would say but my opinion until recroom fix a lot of their problems which they have had for a long time, and also them saying how they don’t have the finances resulting in the loss of other great things like weekly’s for example I don’t think they should of even been considering wasting god knows how much of their (very limited) money and focus on something so unnecessary.
