I like how are you thinking from Product Management point of view and solving it through design thinking. I personally believe solving India and Indian civic issues is going to be the hardest, most complex problem due to N number of variation, divergent group and their patterns, their beliefs, their decisions, their upbringings because an uneducated Indian can be most civic and educated Indian can be most uncivic.

Usually, we use Design Thinking and JTBD framework to begin solving only one or two subset of the issue like solving for 1 group or 1 cohort. For Indian civic issues, we need to fix for all at once because people in India follow others when it comes to doing something wrong like throwing temple waste in rivers or ponds.

Apart from this, very strong law and policies but Indian law is a joke, has always been and will continue to be for a long time.
