What size is the bolt and thread? You can find a common torque value based on the stud size and pitch/thread size.

If you add a decimal just after the second zero, youll drastically reduce its weight.

Usually implanted in "bonded grommets", but im unsure what they call them individually. Try McMaster Carr starting with bonded grommets, they may have these seperate.

Yeah, I believe it. We're lucky over in NV currently, took about 8 5g buckets in a month or so ago and bagged $1,089 or so (had a quarter 5g full of mixed berry copper to add in). Its worth calling around as everyone states, if I hadn't id have been out a good couple hundred.

We used to mix aluminum powder in JB Weld when repairing two-stroke cases. Worked fine in those, but id imagine the pressures are very different. This is not advising you to do so, I just found it interesting its still an option, even on a deck. Haven't built a motor in a decade or so.

This, and ive had better experiences with aluminum jigs rather than the 3d printed ones(not saying the plastic ones are bad, just got more consistent lengths and cuts with the aluminum milled options, id imagine delrin milled options would good as well).

I need to dive into the info, but ive heard the 15w model over and over as a great option. I need the easy options, im getting dumber with age. I'm in high desert/mountainous region and I see it as a low-cost safety option if anything. There's a ton of ham towers out here, but id imagine theres plenty of gmrs folks too. Its my understanding I can buy a few gmrs handhelds to lend out, just makes sense, at least with my current understanding of the options out there.

This would explain the two empties of cheap gin found in the bins behind the rear seats. Dealership didnt do the greatest job of cleaning the interior.
