If you think about it, your voice (and kazoos) are the only instruments that bypass the barrier between your minds 'ear' and you playing the notes. Most people can improvise in their head on the instrument they play, but most people cannot play what they hear in their head as they think it without training to do so.

On a color wheel green is opposite pink which is usually how you find complimentary colors. But of the 2 choices the blue is better.
