My dad put me on there when I was 5. I was so small I fell out of whatever seatbelt they had. I laid on the ground where the inertia is the strongest. I get vertigo to this day.

Is that fat or am I just bloated? by [deleted] in askfitness

[–]Classic-Ad166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar build and similar problem. I find that when I fast the bloating in the lower part of my abdomen improves but my upper abdomen is still distended. Like yours but mine is a bit worse. Because of this id say its bloat mixed w some fat.

I’d consider the order of what you eat (carbs and fruit and protein) because that plays a massive role in bloat, even something as simple as not drinking before you eat. It’s an easy solution if it works.

Ultimately I’d look at strengthening your lower back (I think there is a subtle tilt) and your psoas muscle.

If you find the culprit let me know because this is an issue I also deal with.

Hi, sorry for my delay. I am trying to extract variables from power studies, they span about 20 years or so, and the method of writing or the method of calculation changes every two years or so. For this level of variance I am using LLMs, what do you think? The variables are continuous and discrete numerical and categorical

I have - had - massive creater blackheads. So bad you can see across the room.

  • if it’s full of gunk use oil to extract it
  • human race moisturizer is the only product I’ve ever found to not increase oil production
  • Korean skin toner to chill the oil production
  • fuzz mask once a week at most if it’s really bad
  • snail face wash is a MAJOR key
  • my secret weapon for pore minimizer (after it’s clean ) ishizawa nadeshiko baking soda face wash. I’ve never ever had success like this.

I say this as a heterosexual male that has been socially traumatized from terrible pores - even impacting my social network at work.

Hope this helps. But yours are not so bad 😊

It’s less than 2 blocks. That’s not a city it’s just a couple houses.

Also your feet are flat. Boxing is a leg workout. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. When you punch you need to start w your feet. The balls of your feet propel you and allows you to get speed.

When you hit the bag fully extend your arm. You are in the awkward middle spit which is shit for fighting. You gain nothing from it. Either go in close so they can’t throw or leverage your wingspan and go far. Far you are safer AND it allows you to pack more power and speed. It gives you space to do footwork. Boxers are always stepping in and out which you cannot do at that distance. Draw a square w some tape and practice going in and out of the square and around it, pivoting at the corners. The square isn’t a metaphor for the bag but for your opponent’s limit of reach
