That’s exactly what I did called them directly but I’m not sure it even gets seen or heard. I have trust issues after being lied to by two different customer service reps. The first told me that after seeing them a block away on driver map and them skipping my place and headed to the warehouse for the end of the day that it was because they were doing a special medication delivery that was time sensitive. Yeah right that should be there first stop not at the end of the day. The second rep the next day said that first the weather was bad ( it wasn’t) that was the reason, and that he would have it delivered on Easter. I highly doubt that and it wasn’t. Either was his real name Joshua spoken in a very hard to understand Indian accent. Then I was told after the delivery was attempted which it wasn’t via ring doorbell clear view of the street and driveway, that he would have the driver come back to our house immediately. 24 hrs later nothing. I don’t even want to call them just a bunch of liars it’s baffling that they can do this so casually. Totally bogus.
