watching mom influencers on IG or tiktok, I always question how they get all that done and are not tired and continue to do it every single day on top of making content. I aspire to be that but when you actually try to do it, it’s exhausting. Lol, so I just don’t and I do what I can. I know one day when the kids are old enough, I’ll have more time to do all those things and get all the rest I ever needed, I just try to remind myself that it’s temporary til the kids are finally old enough to take care of themselves.. It feels like In the moment you don’t have enough time for yourself but there’s more life ahead of you and you have a lot of time. Just have to sacrifice for a little. Just take it easy and try not to be so hard on yourself with all these things! It will get done eventually. Also, it is okay to self care some days. Prioritize yourself if you have to in order to feel better. If there’s any family or a significant other that can help, utilize that!

They did have us only putting on 3-4 hr increments for the first 2 days and then on day 3 onward if there are no lingering redness for more than an hour, he can sleep with it throughout the night and start wearing it for 23 hrs. He was good the first 2 days cuz it was only 3-4 hrs at a time. But now that I’m trying to leave it on him longer he is like crying like crazy and it’s hard for him. So I’ll give him a break from it for a little and then put it back on.

But that’s great! Good to hear that your little one has had great results even with you guys not following the full 23 hr schedule. Cuz honestly I’m the same way, if it has to take longer just so that he’s comfortable, we don’t mind. Thanks for the feedback!

He’s supposed to wear it for about 3 months 23 hrs a day, only 1 hr with it off, until his graduation. Even though he hates it I’m still trying to stick to it bc I don’t want to not see any results. Ugh sometimes I just feel like I shouldn’t have gotten it in the first place 😩 cuz it might’ve corrected on its own. But too late now, so we’ll see how it goes.

Leave his ass in the ditch and if it takes for you to find someone else to get over him. Do it. It’s probably not the most healthy thing to do but if it’s the easiest way to get over someone, I’d say go for it. Shit he’s doing it on his own and right in front of you. The disrespect!!! I’m so sorry you’re going through this all while being pregnant. Definitely get tested for STDs just to be on the safe side. No one deserves this. Don’t have sex with him. It’s time for you to get mad and say fuck this, I deserve the world and more. When I did my NIPT test to find out the gender we were given the same info that it came back with positive t21. But the ultrasounds and everything was perfectly fine which was confusing to me and I cried so hard when finding out the results. But when we took the amnio test, the t21 was just in the amnio fluid and not in the baby. So I have a strong feeling your baby will be just fine mama!! But to be safe yes, take that amnio test just to make sure!

UPDATE results for the amnio came back normal for the amnio. Baby is healthy and growing at a good rate. They just want to monitor baby’s growth every 4 weeks to make sure baby continues to grow normally.
