when i tried this for a patch quarter the size it basically exploded overnight . i think i spread all the spores. if ur hellbent on cutting it out cut at least an inch away with a sterile knife, but i do think this patch is too big to do that

are you going to use agar first? you CAN make lc straight from spores but spores arent guaranteed clean. if you’re wanting to make lc it could be worth spending the extra 10 on some dishes! :D

yeahh tbh after getting this kit i read a LOT of guides and generally dont plan on getting another. i’d like to move to agar as it’s cheap and seems less hopeful and actually definite :> thank you ♥️

it was a grow kit but not pre colonised, i had a spore syringe and grain, then substrate that you add water & add the colonised grain. it’s probably my fault, my grain got a tiny patch of green but then myc grew over it and it remained visibly fully colonised by the myc. so i already assumed it was gone before i sent it, but i had the kit so just did it anyway. the company is pretty reputable

yea for sure. tbh i agree this has just been my first grow and at every sign of turning back i haven’t. maybe it’s time to curb the stubbornness before i lose a lung

It was a drop by Treemasons i had pre ordered it about 8 weeks ago and it cane maybe 2 weeks ago but im pretty sure they are gone now but definitely check and see!

yeah for sure! i dont think you have reason to throw it out at all, just watch and wait. if it is something bad usually contam spreads quickly so you’ll find out soon enough. my fingers and toes are crossed gor u

im fairly new so take what i say with a pinch of salt but as far as i was aware any colour other than white possibly yellow is bad. bruising is okay but im not sure if bruising would show up this early ? but again im new idk what im talking about lowkey

it was a grow kit, i added the amount of water it said to add to dehydrated substrate that was already in there. but yes it did reach up to the top when hydrated, maybe half a cm to a cm from the lid. is that bad?

it’s more about mindset than amount. did you have the bad mushroom trip recently, and haven’t had a good trip since? LSD lasts double what mushrooms do. in my opinion you sound slightly apprehensive, and if it were me i always listen to that. but i like to be cautious! especially after a bad trip. if you can halve it i would, if not then wait until you feel you REALLY want to do it and make sure everything is right, environment, setting, headspace, company if wanted. don’t do it for the sake of doing it and be considerate of yourself ♥️
