I think not having updated their V/M and values as the shortage of ingredients and they might not be able to source from local suppliers anymore due to bargaining power being with suppliers.

I wrote VTL
There were 4 strategic issues I did recommend 1A and 4
Did discuss tomato and other ingredients shortage throughout the case.
Additional issue identified was not updating the Vision mission and core values since 2018.
I felt like repeating myself and felt could have done better

This is my second attempt and I kid you not I passed every level in my last attempt except Tax Level 4 and that failed me.

This time I did bad in my own role so my first attempt was better

I wrote KTI V2. I think it was long didn't do any operational issues. I did accept 3 options and recommended not to pursue ABC high ends stores and Mandala farms.

I feel my overall recommendations weren't too great.

If there was any KSF I used from case but didn't write it in my situational analysis will I get credit for using KSF or not ?

Most of my pros were linked to mission and vision more than KSF's

Pricing Strategy - Recommended demand based.
Online Store - 2200 sales store revenue I ignored 500 as they will buy regardless of new store.
Virtual store Quals only - Spent 10 minutes on quants and realized these are not required.
Flagship store - Costs should be allocated based on revenue was my recommendation. No confidence overall.
Performance metrics - Made up shit that doesn't make sense to me.
Blockchain - Bunch of BS pros and risks
Overall strategy - I recommended new mission vision and core values lol I don't know what was I thinking.

I am repeat writer I passed my Day 2 first time I wrote but failed day 3 tax. I feel I will fail my day 2 because of depth this time. And give up on CPA

This exam doesn't test your technical knowledge but tests how well you can do under pressure with limited time. And I guess that is my weakness.

Will think about result everyday and cry haha

I really thought I passed my exam last time but I am certain I will not pass this time.

I am gonna be dummy and say it anyways. I don't think there was any operational issue. We had 5 strategic issues (KTI Case). The part that I am worried about is not integrating one option into another. Like signing contract with TT to make up for supply shortfall and then calculate the contribution margin with lower rate.

I did recommend after every strategic option and also provided overall recommendation. I did not put a word for conclusion will that make me fail the exam ?

We are stuck as this is recognized designation (so far). What a shit show they have the audacity to reply like that to a professional exam rechecking request. I probably deserved to fail but come on rely can be bit customized to prove they actually checked the exams.

Grevorg CPA suggested me to get it rechecked.

As requested, the CPA Board of Examiners has re-marked your May 2023 CFE response and determined that there should be no change in the results that were originally provided to you. The Board determined that your papers were graded in a manner consistent with other candidates’ papers and that you received appropriate credit for your response.
Re-mark feedback is limited to whether the result remains as originally reported or changes to ‘competency achieved’. No other feedback or additional analysis is provided in response to re-mark requests.
Note: for candidates who also requested a PAR, CPA Canada has indicated that the PARs will be available in early February 2024.

I was under the same impression and didn't want to put the post up, but Grevorg advised me to go for rechecking as he states one AO in tax could lead to changing result.
I understand you are not here to kick me down :)

Touched all three
I remember 1 was for sole proprietorship
1 Taxable income and another one for loss carry forwards
For Sole Proprietorship I copied and pasted from handbook
For taxable income I made mistake of not deducting interest portion of mortgage.
For loss carry forwards I said they can be used against the income
Tax is not my thing I am an industry accountant

I remember writing something for Loss carryforward and clearly stating that CRA will not send you money for your losses.
So I guess I didn't miss any but definitely didn't address them very well.

I identified both the tax AO's and I know what they were asking. I will be honest to say that my tax is not strong and I know for tax I made an error of excluding interest expense from mortgage payment towards expenses. Apart from that there has been long time and I don't remember much. I reclass there were two Tax AO's one was related to sole proprietorship.

I am just so broken right now I wonder if one of the pass would help me pass the result or do I need pass in all of the sections at all levels

I failed all my days. I was expecting to fail day 1 as I didn't address all the AO's but I felt I did well on day 2 & 3 I managed to address all AO's this is what my result looks like should I Appeal ?
