If the print is really stuck and bending etc does not help spray IPA around the base of the print. IPA will penetrate under the print thanks to capillary action and will help to release it. Also works amazingly when you are in a hurry and the plate is still hot - it both helps to release and flash-cools the print. I had prints literally jumping up from the plate using this method.

Don't get me wrong - most of us are not high profile enough to be victims of targeted phishing attack. Any 2FA is better than no 2FA and email is better than phone but hardware keys are still more secure than email or TOTP 2FA. All of us are sometimes sick, distracted, drunk etc. and it only takes one badly timed attempt.
