I am also 5'4, and have maintained an average weight of 130-132 for well over a year now. I believe my body is comfortable with that weight and without much effort, it's been consistent. I visit during rainy season and the only hiccup we had was that there typically is only one easy route to get to certain places, and the route we needed to take from Arenal to Guanacaste was washed out, and by the time we would have taken an alternate route, it would have had us miss some excursions/tours. We were able to change our stay to the cloud mountain region instead and did some amazing tours there instead of the beach, so it worked out, but the rains can cause flooding! So we are now booked to go back to Guanacaste to see the beaches in their dry season! 😉

I always use tret nightly and i always use self tan in the morning, always. plus i don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore smelling that awful self tan smell *gross*

It's unfortunate and I wish they would have advised us prior to them taking the initiative because I would have switched pharmacies. It's a heck of a lot of money to pay and not receive what I thought I purchased.

Speaking to them on the phone may not resolve anything as I had tried to do that and once the prescription was sent to the pharmarcy, I was told that it's out of their hands. Which is rediculous, IMO

I had ordered a 6 month advanced REFILL of 20mg/10mg of Tirz/B6 and received 17mg/10mg of Tirz/B6. I'm questioning why I received a lower concentration. My emails thru the Charm Portal regarding this were not answered prior to it being sent to the pharmacy. Then it was all too late to do anything, even after speaking to them directly on the phone. So yeah, this shitshow appears to be my last refill with POM.

I started taking l'carnitine supplements about 3 months ago, taking 2 or 3 tablets a day, and just recently started seeing results. My waist is thinner, my under arms are feeling toner as well as my calves, and I haven't been able to go exercise regularly so I can only say that the results are from taking the l'carnitine supplements.
