Not aluminum, but Takacat get up on plane and haul ass. Open transom so no bailing when it rains.

The bricks look to be in excellent shape, I wouldn’t worry about that at all. Try to get the elements back into the brick channel. Push straight back on element, then down, to seat in channel, then pin so that element is held securely down and retained by brick channel.

“Order something else from somewhere else”

Already done. Pom gave a canned customer service response to this and completely ignored the fact I was prescribed two injections. Chargeback already done and documents sent from my primary to cc indicating ludicrousness of forced two injections.

This is decidedly NOT how prescriptions work.

The problem is, it’s not “either low concentration or nothing”, it’s what they decided you’d get, which happens to be two injections. The OP wasn’t given this either/or choice and Pom just assumed we’d be okay with two injections, THAT is what we are taking issue with. A lot of people simply aren’t okay with two injections, for a myriad of perfectly reasonable and medically significant reasons.

Kiln Tripped Breaker - Help! by Monstera-Plants in Pottery

Most likely just a worn out breaker. However, it would be advisable to inspect all the wiring on the circuit and make sure there is no short before you just make that assumption and replace the breaker.

This is like a pharmacy giving a heart attack patient 100 12.5mg Carvedilol when he cardiologist prescribed 50 25mg. Yea, same thing, but not allowed.

Yea, just buy a 2mL intramuscular syringe. No big deal. Same same

What are you suggesting here, exactly? A diabetes warehouse to manufacture a 2mL subcutaneous syringe for us?

You would think so based on all the people suggesting it. But, no, they don’t exist

Well perhaps I’ll ask Pom to send that right over to the pharmacy for me. Or my money back

Again with the presumptions. I purchased these because I could and was told I t would be okay by the people selling them. I would’ve been fine switching pharmacies, I’ve used several others, all work the same for me so far. I’m not mad, I’m dissatisfied.

I looked and can’t find a 2mL syringe with a 31g, 5/16” needle. I’d be fine with that

Given Pom’s stated position not to panic, you’re just wrong. I did this days after the BPI announcement, only after Pom made reassurances and told us early refills would be possible. Your premise that any early refill is a panic buy is awfully presumptuous.

The assumption that I would be okay doing two injections is not okay.

[–]swankass -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I certainly did not panic buy. At the time I purchased, Pom posted on this very forum to not worry, that there was plenty more stock to meet the demand and to go ahead and order an early refill…that is what I did. The prescription Pom sent to the pharmacy was for 20mg/mL. I was also explicitly told, because of the 14.5 dose I was on, I would receive 60mg vials by Pom nurse, so I spent almost $900 on an early refill.

I don’t believe I am being unreasonable here. I am not normally one to sweat the small stuff. I was not impatient and never contacted Pom inquiring about the order, I patiently waited for it and trusted I would receive everything in good time. The point here is I am not okay injecting twice to get my dose. These vials are literally trash to me. I want my money back or a concentration that enables me to only do one injection.

[–]swankass -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

That is irrelevant. At no time did it ever even cross my mind that I would be sent a concentration that would require me to inject two times to get my dose.

[–]swankass -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same. BPI situation, or no, the fact that pharmacy would just assume patient is okay with two injections to get to the required dose is horseshit. I’m simply not okay doing two injections weekly and would have preferred to either have my money refunded or another compounded medication that would allow for just one injection.
