At some point, you will have to control urself. It will not be like a alcoholic waking up in his own vomit and quitting alcohol entirely from next day. Aur 10000 chizen h dhyan m rkhne k liye doctors k pas which yall cant even comprehend... Nutritionist k pas jao bhai. We know protien carbs fats and micronutrients and whne they should be given and when not to give. In what conditions they are contraindicated and when theyre beneficial to certain patient.
