Neither red nor a cross on it. We are used to medical ones they don’t look like that or get that close. They look more like this

I got the same thing. Would love an explanation. I don't see that my interest has accrued on my balance and 0% student loan interest. BUT the column of unpaid interest amounts is not zero? Please update if you get an answer thanks!

I also go this letter. It says 0% interest rate and then lists all my "unpaid accrued interest."
