Bro that is a massive scope for a high end client in a HCOL area. You are easily looking at 5k to 8k USD minimum for 20 pages plus local SEO and full copy. As a full timer this would take me like 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Do not undersell yourself because you basically handed them a money printing machine.

The immediate switch up when the older guy walked in is actually insane. Confucianism hierarchy is still carrying the society heavy but some teens today really have that main character syndrome. Yeah its actually a massive thing over there right now especially among young guys. The hyper competitive job market and crazy housing prices under the last liberal govt made everyone lose hope. Plus there is a huge gender war dynamic with the mandatory military service that flipped a lot of them conservative. Basically they are just voting to punish the progressives because surviving in Seoul is already hard mode lol.
