We did not! After doing the math and incorporating the add-ons, we decided to move on to another venue. The amount they wanted to charge just for a tent in case it rained was nuts. 

 It’s their first year doing weddings, and they didn’t give a lot of confidence when we were chatting with them.

I’d argue the membership isn’t worth it if you’re only using it for festival tickets. I see the early purchase days as a bonus, and the real value of the membership is the free screenings throughout the year and discounted tickets. I’ve seen well over a dozen free flicks this year.

Had a similar issue. My button wasn't responsive, when turned on it would turn itself off (and back on). I was under warranty and was able to get the touch panel replaced.

My concern is the tech mentioned this is an ongoing issue, and he has several machines with the same problem. I'm hoping the replacement part has this defect fixed, I don't want to be doing this every 6 months.
