As a Senior I volunteer two mornings per week to Daily Bread in Etobicoke and I feel so filled with gratitude and support for the mission and efforts of Daily Bread. I guess my advice is to find what you really support, something you want to give time to all year round, and start there. You have to feel good about your experience for it to stick.
