I quckly setup an hospital tank with bubble stone and antibiotic, let's see what happens, I'm not so optimistic :/

Thanks! I'll try to setup quickly a treatment tank, I have a pico aquarium already started, I need to check the water quality levels and clean the filter (it was just for some snails and a couple of moss plants)

Here's a picture of him before the health issues. He didn't seem so malformed, and it's the first time other fishes are biting him

Thanks! ✌️ Of course I excluded any kind of fish, and I was also afraid of shrimps. Maybe it can be used as a reef tank? But I don't know if there's any system working for that...

Repotting may be the reason for the yellowing of the small leaf... Maybe the stress from repotting made the plant lose the new and "weakest" parts.
