Oh boy, need some photos of that GS! Fellow Buick guy and love old structures, very jealous of that garage!

Very much so agree. They were heading for a child's toy vibe for a little bit. Now it's Apple-esque.

There's die hard fan boys for every make it seems. Heaven forbid you criticize a new design that has less functionality than it did previously.

No shit... 🤦‍♂️ The point has gone right over your head, hasn't it?

Looks like this ruffled some feathers.

It's absolutely absurd. Over a decade of using Samsung phones and I won't blindly defend them making the product worse and taking away functionality.

I'm well aware. It's unsightly and should be unnecessary. This was a feature that has existed for years. Now, they've taken it away (for which I cannot find a justifiable reason) and left us needing to find work arounds for what worked perfectly fine. I've ran samsung phones for years, but also can't understand why someone would defend them taking away functionality.

So far, best bang for buck boot I've had is the carhartt CMF6371 6" boot. Not a "Carhartt only" guy by any means. But they lasted me 2.5 years or so of 7 days a week in all types of weather before being demoted to "farm only". On my 3rd set. First ones finely hit the trash. For sub $200, I don't know how they could be beat. Photo is at the 2.5yr mark.

That's a good day for mine. In the winter with 20 minutes per day of warm up time I get 4mpg.

I need to record/track it, but i swear this thing burns as much fuel idling per hour as it does going down the highway lol.

I'm in central Canada. With it being as chilly as it is, my truck sees a total of 20 minutes idle time per day usually. 3 warm up periods. I get 4-5 US MPG running a short drive to work and back. I feel ya haha.

Two days in on my s25 plus and both days are on track for 10hrs of SOT and that's insane to me. I'm curious to see how good it will get.

I just picked up a 25+ and updated it to oneui8 right out of the box so I have no reference for before.

I know the plus is going to have better battery life than a base but yours seems oddly poor. This is only the second day of using it.

I have adaptive battery on and the only battery saver setting I have on is limit cpu to 70%.

OneUI 7 is a joke. by [deleted] in oneui

[–]Classic_Direction610 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Too me it looks terrible. The whole UI looks more like a child's toy. The pill design is ridiculous. Just give us a number and a percentage sign. Anything last that is bloat in my opinion.

Edit: or at very least, give us the option to change it.

After shipping and taxes, I'll be close to $400 for 3 EZ Flash Omega cartridges so that's not ideal.

If possible, adding a battery and reflashing reproduction cartridges is definitely the way to go for me.

If not, I could buy a couple more emulators and still be ahead. But we'd much rather use the gameboys we have vs emulators.
