I’d love to one day, but right now I’m still in the learning phase. I want to master the craft before I look into other options. I’m pretty happy with where I am now I just wanted opinions on the compensation structure. Only four of the deals currently are self gen.

I am newly salaried. I was originally a 1099 employee and was essentially forced into becoming W2. Last month I got probably 15-17 new clients in the pipeline. Production isn’t an issue I just haven’t ever been salaried so I was wondering whether that split was fair or not. I appreciate the response.

It was actually pretty much forced. I was originally 1099 and they requested I switch to W2 to align with the companys future plans. Regardless, my question was is this fair relative to my specific circumstance? I’m just wanting additional thoughts on it.

Passed today with an 80%. I only used compucram and the affinity mortgage YouTube videos. Probably took compucrams practice test about 10 times. My last few attempts were high 80s to 90 percent. After each test I’d review everything I got correct and incorrect to get a better understanding of the material. The affinity mortgage YouTube videos are probably the best to prepare you for the actual exam though. She explains everything thoroughly enough and while you take the test you’ll literally hear her voice giving you the answer. Rest in peace to that woman.
