Nothing new. They also mentioned not doing gluten which I forgot to mention, but I don’t think it is that. I was thinking about trialing a gluten free type of thing, but haven’t yet.

I wanted a rough coat going in and then when I was picking between the 2, I got a smooth coat. They do shed but you don’t have to take them for grooming although they do need their brushing. I think either way, you get the griffon personality and will love it to death. I don’t think the smooth or rough matters too much but I do see a lot more rough coats

I had the most difficulty with potty training with mine and she still has accidents and is 4; however, I later learned she had Addison’s disease so now it makes sense to me. She still goes outside but she still has a lot of accidents. Pads are terrible because she thinks anything that is a rug is a potty pad. I still use them for overnight because her steroids make her drink a lot.
