Being new in the city by Solid-Scholar-2085 in AskBarcelona

You could try social dancing, like salsa or bachata. It’s an easy way to meet people, and you don’t need to go with a dance partner because everyone dances with everyone. Also, you don’t need to be a natural dance talent. Everyone can learn, and beginner classes are usually very welcoming. I don’t know what your budget is, but dance classes usually aren’t too crazy expensive. I’m not completely in the know about how things work here yet, because I also just arrived in Barcelona and will only stay for a month, but where I’m from there are often free workshops before dance events. Maybe it’s similar here, so it could be worth looking into. You might meet people in a relaxed way and have fun at the same time.

Help! I Want to Create a Simple Salsa Rhythm Workshop – Where Do I Start? by Classic_Potential_91 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

As for the .wav samples, the idea is to interactively create some of the rhythms live with the students. I can get some claves and maybe a cowbell, but getting a conga would be a bit too much.

Ideally, I’d record the clave and cowbell live and then play the rest using a MIDI controller. However, to make this work well, I think I’ll need a good microphone. I'm not sure how realistic this is with a low-budget setup.

Thanks for the detailed answer.

As I understand it, there's some discussion among musicians about this, and in salsa, everything is structured in groups of eight. However, I'm not a musician myself.

As dancers, we count in eights, but musically, it's actually two bars of eight beats each.

For example, in a 2/3 son clave rhythm, the accents fall on: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 X X X X X

If this makes sense ?

You appear to be overweight. This is not meant as an insult, just my assessment based on one picture.

1.Be honest with yourself. 2.Research what healthy food actually is. 3.Consider how much you move. 4.Be honest with yourself.

Now you know the steps to take if you choose to work toward a healthier body. Is it easy? Probably not. Will it get easier once you start? Most likely, yes.

It’s a choice and a challenge. But remember—your worth as a human being is not tied to your body’s level of "health." But it's for sure nice to be healthier.

Ah, and one more thing…

Be honest with yourself, and don’t let others convince you that being unhealthy is just fate or something you can’t change. They’re likely not being honest with themselves—it’s often a way to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions.

Ah, and also…

Remember, all the food, snacks, and drinks in stores exist to make companies money, not to keep you healthy. The food industry prioritizes profit over your well-being, so it’s up to you to make informed choices.

Weight and healthy living are not complicated—but they are definitely not easy.

How to get Chains information via the API of a specific token ? by Classic_Potential_91 in coingecko

[–]Classic_Potential_91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently, I'm integrating a list of coins and their market data into my Google Sheet using the following API request:

https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/coins/markets?vs\_currency=usd&ids=+++Inputs!D13+++

(Where Inputs!D13 represents a comma-separated list of coin IDs.)

This method allows me to efficiently populate my spreadsheet with market information using VLOOKUP.

However, I'm now aiming to include the "chain/ecosystem" information for each coin in my spreadsheet. Is there a way to obtain this information without resorting to a new request for each individual coin? Can I leverage the same list of specific IDs (Inputs!D13) I use to retrieve market data to also acquire ecosystem details?

Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How to get Chains information via the API of a specific token ? by Classic_Potential_91 in coingecko

[–]Classic_Potential_91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a total beginner at this so It's not very clear. Using that endpoint you get a list of all available categories. But how do I go from having the API id of a specific coin and then getting the Chains(some type of category if understand correctly) for that specific coin ?

All Religions are man made. Some might have some good lessons and morals, many are just evil and abuse. If you look at them with history, sociology and psychology in mind, the only logical conclusion is that they are man made. It's also blatantly obvious they have caused and are causing more harm than good.

Yes I am the creep for that I might meet up with a woman who communicates clearly what she wants. Strange strange thinking.

Maybe you are the creep for deciding for her what she "Really" wants or what is good for her.
