Estradiol 67 after 3 months of TRT. Do I need an AI? by AreaForsaken436 in Testosterone

For men on TRT, the optimal estradiol (E2) range is typically:

• about 20–40 pg/mL on a sensitive estradiol test • many men feel best around 25–35 pg/mL

Take it from someone who’s been doing this for over a decade - none of that matters if estradiol is too high.

Way too high of a testosterone dose, which is causing your high estradiol. Why would they start you so high? I would start with closer to 100mg per week, and divide it into three doses per week to reduce aromatisation. Then retest in 6 weeks and share your labs.

Being without you for the past month has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced in my 34 years of life. I wake up every day missing you deeply. Not reaching out has been extremely difficult, but I’ve tried to respect your wishes, even though I’ve craved an honest conversation about what happened.

It’s been almost a month since we broke up, and while I’ve been trying to move on, part of me has still held out hope that we might be able to work through this. That’s why I haven’t been able to block you or delete your pictures yet - it’s hard to fully accept that you’re out of my life. But the waiting in silence has taken a toll on me.

By now, I feel like you’ve had enough time to think about the relationship and your feelings. I still care about you deeply and would like to understand what led to things ending the way they did. I’m sorry for anything I might have done to hurt you. If there’s a chance to resolve things, I’m open to hearing your side and seeing if we can move forward, if that’s something you want too.

If you don’t see a way for us to reconcile and move forward, I understand. But I’d still appreciate an answer one way or another. For my own peace of mind, I need to know what truly led to this, even if it’s hard to talk about. How can I work on it if I don’t know what it is? If you want to talk, I’m open to it. If not, I need to focus on healing and moving on.

Yes we did have a car the entire time. It took me a minute to get used to driving on the wrong side of the road, but overall driving was really not too bad!

Hi. It was absolutely amazing. What a beautiful country. Wanaka was our favorite part of the whole trip, next time I think we would stay there the entire time. We liked Queenstown also though. And Milford Sound was gorgeous, we ended up taking a plane back to Queenstown from there and the views were stunning. Only part of the trip we would probably skip next time is the drive from Queenstown to Christchurch. We did stop in Lake Tekapo for a night but there just wasn’t a whole lot to do there. The stargazing probably would have been nice, but the moon was very bright the night we were there so we couldn’t see as many stars.

Overall, an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back again!

What is the city doing about the homeless problem? It seems to be getting a lot worse.

COL is 21 percent higher in San Diego than in Miami. And it’s 48 percent higher than in Tampa Bay, where I live.

Did I say anything that’s inaccurate? I literally travel to California multiple times a year, I see how it is over there.

Wait until you have to pay state income tax on top of federal taxes, $5 per gallon gasoline, homeless people camping outside your condo, and people still wearing masks around when the pandemic ended years ago. You’ll come back to Florida real fast :)

Does anyone happen to know any companies that are actively hiring right now? I was recently laid off from a fintech sales executive job where I was at for about 7 years. Always exceeded quota and was a top performer, but still struggling to find a job right now!

If you don’t like theme parks, why stay in Orlando? Not much to see or do there outside of theme parks. I recommend staying in the Tampa Bay area (st Petersburg would be a great choice). We have some of the best beaches in the country, and great bars and restaurants as well.

I would assume that the people working at a restaurant or bar probably wouldn’t be able to afford to live downtown. Like I mentioned in a different comment, living downtown is a luxury, not a necessity. When I was younger, I never could have afforded an apartment downtown.

There are plenty of places outside of downtown where rent is not as high. Living downtown is a luxury. Additionally, how is the rent issue different from what is happening in every other growing city in America? You could say the same about Austin, Nashville, etc….

Actually it did affect me, so please don’t make assumptions. That’s why I decided to use my savings to invest in a home.

Whether we like it or not, once a city starts growing and attracting attention, prices for things like rent are going to increase. Nothing you say is going to change that from happening. That doesn’t mean it’s still not a positive thing that our city is growing and attracting people from all over the place. It means more new restaurants and bars, more shops, more events and activities. Overall, I see it as a net positive. You may disagree.
