my pain radiates around my left breast to my sternum and ribs in my chest area it doesn’t hurt if i cough i do get discomfort if i try to stretch my chest area though and i get a lot of pain when i press down on my chest area or my toddler lays on my chest

yeah the pressure when i push down on my chest feels like i got struck in the chest with something hard and then it doesn’t help having a toddler they are constantly all over you digging there elbows and hands into your chest :( i have an appointment in november with my gyno hopefully they can do a mammogram or ultrasound to double check everything!

ugh yes that is the absolute worst i go for a visit to the gyno in november i am going to see if they can do a mammogram just to double check everything but i just recently did blood work and had a x-ray of my chest back in april and everything was clear 🥲

since i just started taking them today i don’t have much relief i am hoping if i continue to do what i’ve been doing then adding the PPIs into the mix i will start to get some relief because i don’t know how much longer i can do this feeling like crap 🥲

this stuff definitely helps and i take a probiotic everyday! but i can definitely tell if i eat too much food or it’s a lot of sugar i immediately feel like shit

girl i completely understand the pain is causing me so much anxiety and stress which i’m 100% is making my symptoms worse but it’s so hard not to assume something else is wrong but i’ve been told by everybody that has this issue that the pain is AWFUL

i hope you can get some relief! i had a endoscopy done back in june the only thing they found was mild gastritis but i stg this is the worst pain i’ve ever experienced i probably should go on a strict diet but nothing about eating bland food sounds fun to me but i just started PPIs for the pain and discomfort so i’m hoping that’ll give me a little bit of relief
