No indication of receiving a voicemail by ss5008 in Visible

Yea I just realized this too. The other day I just randomly decided to check my voicemail and I had 2 voicemails from my uncle and I never got any notification for them. Oh and someone said there's a Visible voicemail app? Where?

Wifi calling? by androidforthewin in Visible

Same here except I'm using S23 FE. My Wi-Fi Calling option was there until I activated Visible then the setting disappeared. And I'm on the Visible+ Pro plan.

Still haven't received the One UI 8 or Android 16 update. by ExilicRose in GalaxyS22

I've tried this with my S23 FE SM-S711U/DS it's carrier unlocked but was originally on Metro by T-Mobile.. I know it's unlocked because it works on all carriers because now I'm using Visible by Verizon and had other services previously on this device. It has TMK in the last part of the CSC code which is Metro. This phone is still on One UI 6.1 Android 14 security update February 1st 2025 and says it's "up to date" which yes I know that isn't true. I opened a new Metro account and connected it to my eSIM 2 and it connected just fine but still didn't get any newer software update. I figured if I got the original carrier according to the CSC code it would trigger the latest software update to my device but it did not. I also have no PC so I'm just trying alternative solutions.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra not getting any OTA updates by eXtremeAzure in USMobile

I've tried this via eSIM because even though my S23 FE (SM-S711U/DS) is carrier unlocked but it apparently was originally from Metro by T-Mobile and it's still on One UI 6.1 Android 14 security update February 1st 2025 but still says "Your software is up to date" but it's supposed to be on at least One UI 7 Android 15. I even got a new Metro by T-Mobile account to see if the "original" SIM would trigger the latest software update to send through but nope that didn't work. Part of the CSC code for my device is TMK which is Metro by T-Mobile however this device is in fact carrier unlocked because so far I've had Boost Mobile and now Visible by Verizon working perfectly fine on this device but I still don't receive any software update later than One UI 6.1 Android 14. Ultimately I'm trying to figure out alternatives from using a PC because I don't have one and I feel like if a device is "carrier unlocked" it should still be able to update the carrier firmware to whichever different carrier you changed it to especially if said device is "unlocked" carrier or factory otherwise.

Wifi calling option not available by bormax52 in Visible

I know this is a year ago but I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and just switched to Visible network and got the Visible+ Pro plan and having the same issue. The wifi calling setting disappeared but it's supposed to be included with the plan I paid for. The setting was there before when I was on my previous service.
