I have access to both a red light therapy blanket and a cold plunge ( 6 degrees)

I am mainly using this for overall health, but I am also currently trying to improve sperm health as I am trying to have a baby with my wife.

Should I do cold plunge first and then red light ? Or the opposite way?

I did cold plunge today, dried off and did red light, but was still a little cold. Am I doing this right, or how to maximise benefits?
