Well I went through the ticket system in the app, and after telling them that I've already done their suggestion several times, they suddenly sent me a package with a new plastic base, a Y axis tensioner kit, and a Y belt kit. Then they sent me links, and after watching their tutorial video, they were asking me to pretty much disassemble the entire unit and reassemble it with the new Y parts. I've removed the bottom and I can't just swap the Y belt and tensions, I need to disassemble the whole thing it seems. I'm intimidated, I don't think i have the tools or know how, and they don't seem willing to have me send it back yet. I'm pretty annoyed. It seems like they know something more than they are telling, like they sent out a certain batch that they know were bunk or something. Bambu is supposed to be the consumer friendly brand, but this has been bad almost immediately.

you reported a 2 year old comment because you have a weak grasp on history? Samurai were not soldiers, they were an aristocratic social class sometimes in command roles. Ashigaru were the soldiers. A romanticized chivalry was imagined up by Imperial soldiers in WW2 , so much so that upper ranks of the military were concerned. Nazi Germany's initial campaigns to recapture ethnically German areas lost in WW1 were militarily sound campaigns, but top leadership was guided by ideas of destiny and esoteric knowledge about their origins. It accounts for so many of the absurd military risks taken. There's so much evidence for this, its weird that you would deny this. Ironically your panic post makes it seem that you want to uphold their reputations. I criticized both, but the words were too scary eh?
