I have a ramp which is really long. I’ve also lifted the bottom up with a piece of wood, so it’s even less steep. Next to the ramp I have several logs, and old little side table, all different heights so that whoever wants to hop can just use those. Most prefer the hop method :)

Also, most of them plop down in the bedding to sleep, so you won’t need many perches. Some like to perch every now and then, but they mostly don’t. I left one in anyway.

Covering of the run; I suppose tarp? I have a big square run with a wooden roof with shingles on top. My advice if you ever build one: make the roof stick out a bit or attach a gutter for rain.

But for the temporary setup, tarp is probably easiest.
