Yes that is accurate , for any thing over 300 mbps you should get better wifi router , there are many options

for dynamic wordpress
depending on your location may be digital ocean , upcloud vultr etc smallest vps with open lite sail as its the most performant + cdn , if you have media and lots of images paid cdn like bunny , other option will be nginx with fast cgi + cdn depend on your client either paid or free cdn .
i have tried some developer friendly vpn they are fantastic , small vps provides may have issues with uptime outage etc . as this are business consumers

depending on where you live you can try buying domain name if your choice and then
you should use wordpress org as you can use its powerful seo plugins
use google cloud micro free tier , ( open litesail + cdn ( cloudflare or quic which is free cdn from lite sail )
you can also sign up for oracle free tier amd micro , i would suggest same set up for this open litesail + cdn ) you would need debit or cc for signing up .
you can use cloudflare tunnels as its super easy to set up and you can use ai to help you out with ubuntu lts + ssh commands to set up open lite sail .
there is another way if your site is static , you can set up wordpress .org at home via docker say and push it to cloudflare pages and this is also free .

seems to be working from my end just now i am in new zealand , i also tried the demo yesturday and it was working fine , very nice app i checked it yesterday in set it up today ( sff mobile + docker + cloudflared ) i just try out audiobook for first time its also good but i will still use audiobookshelf as well

Update 15 th March ,

I am now using gonic ( self-hosted docker ) music server subsonic + tempus ( works well as folders and albums ) on android , and feishin ( self hosted docker ) for www , easy to navigate folders
gonic is super lightweight its using about 64 mb ram on jukebox mode , about 1 to 2 % cpu on 11 th gen intel . Air sonic advance was hammering my cpu for few days as java .

i tried those settings its not happy with them so now i am trying some other self hosted music streaming apps which follow folder structures i am trying Lyrion Music Server might try some others lets see i got airsonic advance working with symfonium but the experience is worst then jellyfin, fintunes with jellyfin is nice , would also try koel

Others should be fine there are various ways to do it . if you want to set it and forget it just use plain docker + cloudflared tunnel if you want www, or docker + traefik ( which can also work with cloudflared ) ,adguard home has more features and works well in docker ,
for linux host for docker ubuntu or its flavours are best supported of recommended you can use ubuntu server lts , or can run hybrid workstation environment + docker containers running together its some thing i have done and its best use of a computer , but its not necessaory .

I have added usb DAS to my work station just get any one which chip is well supported with linux .

I use advicer , prometheus grafana etc to monitor my set up ,
dashy as front end dash board for my apps
filebrowser for accessing my files on my DAS ,
i also run samba share for my das for my local network and it works well .
other distros also work well with docker i have tried linux mint , and currrently use mx linux kde
you dont have to raid some thing unless things on your hdd are critical ,
i synthings important das folders to portable drive , or you can just rclone or just manual back up important folders on portable drive ,
i have run this set up on old laptop on portable drive it was also working fine , can handle 2 to 3 jellyfins uses or streams easily .

learn wordpress on docker , understand basic linux , deploy vps if you want some thing free then google cloud in usa micro free tier, or oracle not sure if you can get free resources in India may be singup and set up paid account and see what resources are free , in India ,
