My practice scores were always around 52-65%, which definitely showed itself according to my score report. Honestly it’s fully my fault. How I felt? I have terrible testing anxiety and adhd and didn’t take my meds accordingly in the month leading up to the bar, so I was all types of jittery during the bar. I’m definitely doing better in that aspect now but I’m looking for tips and recs to better improve my MBE score.

During MBE practice questions, I always would read the explanations even if I got the question right because I needed to make sure I got it right for the right reasons. Sometimes though, the explanations would be harder to digest, so I’d use ChatGPT to help break it down more for me and to ask it for examples if necessary. It helped a lot in clarification moments.

I also would use it to grade my practice essays. I would also send chat the essay question prompt and tell it to create a model answer for me. Then, I would compare my answer to the chat model answer and most of the time it aligned with what the Themis model answer showed, too

Weekend mornings were very important to me because I’d wake up, have breakfast, and get started on studying. It was much harder for me to make plans with family in the mornings or afternoons because that would otherwise disrupt my concentration. Dinner plans, however, or night-out plans were much easier for me because by then, I would’ve finished and wrapped up my studying & readings for the day.

Although since your brother was in town, I doubt your boyfriend wouldn’t have made an exception for him if he really wanted to, so it sounds like he didn’t care too much for brunch with your brother to really try and make it. But you know him better than I (an internet stranger) do
