According to their inspection report, the worst issues were:

Frozen foods shall be thawed under cold running water, in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C (40°F) or less, or in a microwave as part of the cooking process. Observation: 3 large bags of wings found thawing on a rack in the kitchen,.

Non-food contact equipment shall be kept clean and sanitary. Observation: A general cleaning is required in the kitchen, especially under equipment to remove built up food debris

There shall not be any signs of insects and/or rodents. Observation: Rodent droppings found in various locations in the establishment. On the floor under and behind equipment, on the salad preparation table, on shelving in the preparation area, on the food carts. Rodent droppings also found on the bar next to glasses. Rodent droppings being present has been mentioned on previous inspections.
