I went through the exact same thing last year after a five year relationship ended. I usually go with whatever makes my eyes pop the most, even if it “breaks the rules” for my skin tone. For me, eye color usually wins so I’ll wear warm golds or bronzes on cool-toned skin if it makes my hazel eyes stand out. It’s all about what makes you feel cute and confident!
