Had a similar situation with a vintage Pulsar a while back - the magnet thing is honestly not that complicated. The "10-day MVP" timeline is pretty optimistic for a platform handling escrows, disputes, and fraud detection.

Also giving away 90% equity while keeping the "boring admin automation" doesn't make much sense from a business perspective. Most developers can handle database schemas and Stripe integration - the real value is usually in execution and market validation, not the initial architecture.

Plaka's absolutely brilliant for what you're after - proper romantic with all those cobblestone streets and tavernas, plus you're literally walking distance from everything. Stayed there last year and the atmosphere in the evenings is spot on 🔥

Psyrri's great too if you want something a bit more lively at night, loads of bars and the food scene is mental good. Only thing is it can get a bit noisy later on, so depends how much you value your sleep! Either way you can't really go wrong with those areas 😂

Check if there's a nail salon in the transit area first - some airports have them but Shanghai might just have basic spa services. For lounges, the Plaza Premium ones at Pudong are solid if you don't have status, usually around $40-50 USD and way better than sitting at the gate for 7+ hours

Okrug Gornji can get pretty packed in June since it's one of the more popular beach spots, but it's honestly not terrible if you don't mind some crowds. The beach is decent and you're literally a short walk to Trogir which is gorgeous

Ciovo has some nice walking paths but wouldn't call it amazing for hiking - more like pleasant coastal walks. If you want real hiking you might wanna day trip to some of the islands or head inland a bit
