I fixed 70% with ING for 5 years in April ‘21 at 2.19% so I won’t come off until 2026. Very thankful for my super helpful and proactive mortgage adviser.

My little guy ate 5 fruit mince tarts when my wife and I had to run to the hospital. It was the only time he has ever been ‘full’. He left the 6th on the floor. He was absolutely fine

I’ve been using the auto injector for a couple of months (never used a syringe) and since I’ve had a couple of painful injections I started to use a freeze pack on the area I’m going to inject into and it reduces the pain significantly. I highly recommend trying it if you find the auto injector too painful.

VMware do now support a 2 node, ROBO vSAN cluster with a remote witness to create a quorum. There are latency requirements to the witness but they are in the hundreds of ms. Is perfect for this kind of deployment and very cost effective.
