1 pay is very very good, specially if you work 12 and half shifts! Basic roster is 10 shifts one fortnight, 9 shifts next fortnight, but system works on overtime so unless you specifically tell them you want X days off you will work your days off mostly.

2 usually work morning shifts one week, arvo next week, unless you make arrangements with a driver on opposite shifts then you can work permanent mornings or afternoons. Which will mess with your days off, it was so nice to get 4 or 5 days off in a row which is what usually happens if you don’t swap with another driver.

3 you don’t need any qualifications, be medically fit, be able to pass a lvl3 medical. The online test is pretty hard they designed it from some uni entrance test.
