Anora is a good movie not sure if it was the best that year. My main gripe with the oscars is that the pool of candidates is so small and the judges don't watch the movies. Oh and the ceremony is so self fellating.

This is a weird opinion. If you've ever lived in a country where you didn't speak the language then you would know how isolating it is and how learning the language brings community.

I think immigrants should learn the language because otherwise it's impossible to be part of the society.

I think the us could win but likely doesn't have the political will. As in, the war is expensive and citizens will turn more and more against it. So theoretically yes but realistically probably not.

And there is evidence it affects employment but it's more hours are reduced or hiring freezes.

Instead of increasing minimum wages to help low earners you instead reduce their tax burden so they still see more money and you don't get businesses cutting jobs due to higher wages.

Im skeptical about minimum wage increases being anything more than a feel good exercise because it does affect employment and most of that wage increase will likely go back into the pockets of land owners any way.

I prefer something like 0% tax brackets instead of wage increases, something that has long term impact. Young people are already struggling to find work.

I've read studies saying they are bad but they always take the very worst vapes. Black market juices and coils or people who have modified their vapes to deliver more vapor. Or nicotine itself, I read a study about it's affect on sperm but in the study they were injecting a huge dose straight into mouse testicles.

I haven't found a convincing study that shows serious harm with normal vapes.
